Rosslyn Highlands Park and the Wilson School play field are the last large contiguous tract of unimproved land in or near Rosslyn, VA. On February 19, 2015, Arlington County staff proposed giving up part of Rosslyn Highlands Park to a private developer in exchange for the developer building a new fire station. The current proposal reduces the size of Rosslyn Highlands Park by more than two-thirds and transfers County-owned park space to a private developer, who would use the land for high-density commercial or residential development. Learn more about the proposed changes to Rosslyn Highlands Park and let the Arlington Country Board know your thoughts at saveRHPark.org.
Arlington's North Rosslyn Civic Association (NRCA) at www.northrosslyn.org currently is looking for your input, via a poll, on the future of the Wilson School site.

For the next several weeks, Arlington County’s contractor, AM-Liner East, will be relining some line segments of the sanitary sewer system.
During this time, Arlington residents may experience inconveniences such as temporary water service shut off, parking restrictions, and loud noise. Residents that will have their water turned off during this time will receive notices. If the work is cancelled due to equipment malfunctions and/or inclement weather, residents will be notified at a later date when the work is rescheduled.

You may have noticed we now have one less trash dumpster in each lot. That’s because you’ve done good work by being diligent about recycling, which has saved resources … and saved money for the condominium association, too.
